Service & Community

Rodrika is the Program Director for Mothers with Mentors, a division of Shelter From the Rain, which is a local nonprofit that provides community outreach and education to single mothers. She’s also on the council for Southeast Planned Parenthood to ensure that quality healthcare remains affordable and accessible. And, through Bailey’s Belles, she trains and employs those who most need the income and flexible schedule.
In 2021, Bailey’s Belles was awarded Best of Georgia by the Georgia Business Journal, and the company has been featured in several magazines and podcasts. In addition to running Bailey’s Belles, Rodrika also speaks to large and small groups about race, gender, sexuality, and teen pregnancy. And when she’s not working, she’s probably spending time with her husband, cheering for their son at his practices and games, or traveling to a concert.
